Hotel in Vientiane by the River

חדר המלון היה נקי ומרווח מאוד! הוא ממוקם ליד שוק הלילה, כך שיהיה קצת רועש עד חצות, אבל הצוות כל כך מקסים וידידותי. מר דואן היה הנהג שלנו לתחנת הרכבת והנסיעה הייתה חלקה! ממליץ בחום על השהייה כאן.

נהניתי מאוד במלון אמרי בלאוס. מהרגע שהגעתי, הצוות היה סופר ידידותי, מסביר פנים ועוזר מאוד לאורך כל הזמן שהייתי שם. החדר שלי היה ממש נקי, נוח ונראה נהדר, עם נופים מדהימים של נהר המקונג ותאילנד. המיקום מושלם - ממש באמצע הכל ורק כ-10 דקות משדה התעופה, מה שהפך את הדברים לסופר קלים. שאפו גדול לצוות הקונסיירז', במיוחד למנהל הקונסיירז', מר קין, שהיה מדהים. הוא באמת דאג לי, סידר לי את ההסעות ואפילו עזר לי להגיע לחדר באופן אישי. השירות שלו באמת הפך את שהותי למיוחדת. גם צוות הצ'ק-אין היה מבריק - סופר מועיל, גמיש ומהיר. אני רוצה גם להודות לצוות בבר של בריכת השחייה ובסקיי לאונג'; כולם היו ממש ידידותיים ומסבירי פנים. גם ארוחת הבוקר הייתה חוויה נהדרת, עם צוות קשוב. תודה מיוחדת לפואנג, שהיה אדיב במיוחד, מועיל ותמיד היה לו חיוך חם. תודה לכולם שדאגו לי כל כך טוב. אני ממליץ בחום על המלון הזה ולא יכול לחכות להתארח בו שוב. אני באמת צריך להודות לכל הצוות, משירות החדרים ועד לצוות ארוחת הבוקר והסבלים, הקונסיירז', ובמיוחד לפטריק וקונג בקבלה. לחיים, פרגוס חדר 1130

Just checked out today and I wished I cd give this hotel 5 star but I just can’t based on my expectation this aiming to be a five star. Due to a few things: - receptionist and concierge at check in team was not on the level I would have expected it, probably due to my backpacker attire. Hondy, I think was his name, he worked the morning shift on the 1st, and the bell boys outside were great. The concierge (was he thou? No les clefs d’or!) didn’t even know where a post office was or how to send a parcel? Smiles? Nope. - pool area is wonderful but on every sun lounger par one there were dirty towels but the guests no where to be seen. Not sure if it’s a “reserve a sunbed” situation, but other guests that arrived later weren’t lucky in getting a bed, and the staff didn’t seem to care (or had the time). I was there for two hours, no one approached me if I wanted some food or even a drink. There was a function on later that day, so i don’t know if they simply were understaffed? - no free filtered water at the lobby bar - breakfast waiters not enough - I got there early enough but my plates weren’t cleared at all Otherwise: the room assigned was absolutely amazing (thank you again), the bar staff at stellar lovely (thanks cowboy and everyone else), the breakfast filling - minus thou please have name tags for all the dishes, it was hard to figure them out as a vegetarian. Would recommend it regardeless as it looked like a new hotel and the Thai reception manager looked like she knows what she was doing :)
