For a full day out, island adventures begin just offshore with long-tail boat trips to the Koh Hong Islands, known for powdery white sand, emerald lagoons and vibrant coral reefs. Swimming, kayaking, snorkelling, trekking and fishing are all part of the experience.
For a change of pace, Krabi Town is around 30 minutes away, buzzing with local restaurants, lively markets and evening street stalls, perfect for tasting regional flavours or browsing colourful souvenirs. Railay Beach, famous for its limestone cliffs and calm bays, also makes an easy and rewarding day trip.
